The Social Media Toolkit for the Singapore Tourism Board is a publication dedicated to educate Singapore's tourist guides into best practices for promoting their businesses through social media channels. The publication was created by the Tourism Board as a response to the COVID-19 crisis, to support the tourism industry and specially tourists guides in Singapore. For the Tourism Board, transforming this strong  workforce into tech-savvy individuals was a priority. 

The project started in collaboration with diverse teams at the Tourism Board and as well as consultants at R3. During the initial phase I provided creative direction and proposed to create a graphic and playful toolkit that were easy to read and showcase data in an informative manner, with a dynamic layout mixing photography, typographic plays and infographics.

The final document is an insightful and graphic document, making it attractive to read through. It was printed and distributed among tourist agencies in Singapore and available for download through the Singapore Tourism Board website, helping multiple business owners going through the COVID crisis to level-up their business strategy and keep-afloat.
